Beautiful home with great space and really clean. Super convenient location for us. We were 10 mins from the KY Horse Park. Katie was really responsive. The only negative was that the grass was really high in the back yard, so the kids couldn't play back there. Katie scheduled a mower to come, but they didn't show. She came and did it herself when she found out they weren't coming, but by then, it was too late for us to use before leaving. The house is a great layout and worked well for our family. The closet in the primary bedroom was plenty big for a pack n play or the mini crib (and there's airflow and circulation in there, so it's safe.) The kitchen had plenty of the true basics (plates, regular glasses, forks, knives and salt/pepper), but if you intend to cook, you may need to buy a lot. No steak knives, other seasonings, wineglasses, plastic ware, etc. if that matters to you. Also located close to plenty of take out, so I'd just plan on that. We would definitely stay again.

Our family had a great time staying here for a small family reunion and trip to see the Ark Encounter. Beautiful area! Thank you.

This house was as described, beds were of good quality, and our brief stay was very comfortable. There was a bit more street noise than anticipated, but this is outside the control of the host. Neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet.
