Worst Airbnb experience of my life! I am absolutely outraged by the experience I had at Max's. I have never met such an incompetent and disrespectful host in my life! Here's why I would never recommend this place to anyone: 1) Check-in was a nightmare. The host got the wrong key, which prevented us from accessing the apartment for a whole hour. We had to call Max several times, and instead of apologizing, he yelled and screamed at us on the phone, only to admit that he'd got the wrong key! 2) The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired, to say the least. There was hair everywhere, and in the morning we found cockroaches in our bed! 3) After preparing our meal, we discovered cockroaches in the kitchen. An apartment infested with cockroaches is simply unacceptable! 4) Despite our calls for help at 2 a.m., Max did nothing to solve our problems. He offered no commercial gesture, no refund, and even tried to kick us out of the apartment! Diane & Tom

Clean and tidy little apartment. Good value for money and proximity to the airport was the most important factor.

Central location to Woolies, airport and a bunch of food places. Was told that there would be a floor mattress for a third person but there was not, so we had to use the small sofa. Spare linen/ towels all had staining of some sort. Works well for a night for an early airport trip, but not anything super outstanding
