Love at first sight! This stylish, newly remodeled historic home in historic Downtown Sanford is perfect for group trips or long term stays! The spacious main bedroom offers a King size bed +dedicated work space as well as access to the luxury bath w/ free standing tub & walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a King size bed + TV. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The bright kitchen offers all amenities incl. washer & dryer. From here you can access the fully fenced yard & off street parking.

House was perfect for our one night stay for the 4 of us! Claudia was so quick to respond and we loved her recommendations for Restaurants. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again!!!
If you like a walkable environment, in a neighborhood filled with historic homes and buildings, you will enjoy this house very much. The house is eight blocks from downtown Sanford and its restaurants and shops. It is ten blocks from the River Walk along Lake Monroe. The house itself is very comfortable with excellent air conditioning and a great kitchen. The master bedroom is big with a large master bath complete with a double vanity, a walk in shower and a separate free standing tub. The second bathroom is also very nice and fairly spacious. The house itself has a wonderful front porch that we used everyday. The private backyard has a table and chairs; it would have been perfect had there been a barbecue. If you like hiking, make sure you visit Black Bear Wilderness Trail, approximately nine miles away.

Claudia's place is as stunning as the historic neighborhood around it! It has been renovated really well, still feels old and cozy in a great way, while feeling modern and fresh. Claudia was an amazing and attentive host, and full of recommendation in the area. The stay is located a short walk from all of the historic downtown shops, restaurants, and even the weekly farmer's market! Certainly will be staying here again next time we're in the area!

Absolutely gorgeous historic neighborhood with cobblestone streets and massive oak trees. Walk or bike to the Riverwalk/Lakefront or one of the many city parks. Restaurants, shops, breweries and bars are all within walking distance and Sanford has events all year around! The neighborhood is very quiet, so it's the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or evening drink on the front porch ;)
This home is just one block away from the popular event and wedding Venue 1902 at Preservation Hall!!

Parking is available right behind the home. Since the home is located on a corner lot parking is visible from the street. Park behind the fence and then access the home through the back gate. Walk through the backyard to the back door that opens to the kitchen. During your stay you can of course also use the front door. A physical key will be available to open/lock the front door. You can also park on the street in front of the home, your choice ;)
