The home is very spacious and super nice. The outdoor amenities are awesome. Only drawback for us was the location of the property. It is located in a residential area where the neighbors are clearly frustrated by having an airbnb in their proximity. Many homes in the neighborhood have signs prominently displayed that say “keep airbnb out of our neighborhood” and the neighbor that borders the basketball courts in particular was very aggressive in complaining about noises in the afternoon while we were trying to enjoy the pool, sun, and courts. Not necessarily the hosts fault, but I wish we had known going in so sharing this here

Fantastic home for large groups. Had everything for adults and kids as described. It’s in a residential neighborhood so you really need to respect that they live there all the time. Clean, organized and a great layout for large group. Perfect location for what our trip required.

The house was great. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 or 5 bedrooms upstairs. Couldn’t keep track there was a lot of rooms 3 bathrooms is a little tricky with a lot of people but it worked great. Backyard is awesome. we had the owner set up a pool fence since we have kids and it worked great. Playground is fun for kids, very relaxing overall. 11 of us stayed and there was more than enough room (3 were kids under 4 years old)
