Perfect getaway! 20 mins to Annapolis, 45 mins to DC. Water view, beach access. Great for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, you name it. The house is incredibly spacious with additional rooms for TV watching, game fun, and exercising. The outdoor area follows an open European style, featuring a pergola, an outdoor eating area with a stone fireplace. Moreover, it is only a short walk to Harper’s Waterfront restaurant, and a 3-minute car ride to Triton Beach Park or Farmers Park. House Feel like you're at home. Enjoy the garden, including the patio eating area and fireplace. The deck area is usually very sunny. Have a rest on the deck chair. The cushions can be found in the closet on your left at the main floor bathroom door. TV and table games are located on the main floor in the TV room at the main entrance. Do you play the piano? You are welcome to play. If you don't play, please respect the piano as a decoration. It is a family instrument, and we treasure it. Ping-pong and darts? Follow the stairs all the way up. Please be careful with children, as the darts are sharp. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony on the top floor to extend your water view to almost no limits. There are 3 king beds in total, 2 single beds, and a pull out couch if needed. If you would like to use kayaks or bikes, please contact me. The garage and locked-off areas are, with all due respect to our guests, for the owners' use only. Thank you for understanding. Just so you know, there is a completely separate apartment accessible from the other side of this property, occupied by a long-term tenant. If you see another car in the driveway or one person passing the house's pathway, it is the apartment resident. Please be respectful.

Veronika’s home was great. Awesome water view from a very spacious home. Veronika was easy to communicate with and answered our questions very quickly.
The place was as expected. As all the other reviews indicated , the kitchen was stocked with necessary cooking items. Our group elected to stay in and cook all meals no need to hunt around for a pans, knife or cutting board, it was all there. The rooms were all clean and organized neatly. Since this is a private community we took a stroll around the neighborhood and walked on the private beaches in the area. I highly recommend this place for a family gathering.
One of the best stocked and equipped kitchens of any other place I’ve stayed at. There is no gas grill so plan meals accordingly. Beautiful views and a great location - near many restaurants and things to do!
Thanks for the amazing, amazing house Veronika. My family and I had a great time this past few days. The other reviews are spot on. The beds are great, the house is huge and modern and peaceful. Also there is great view of the Chespaeake Bay from the top balcony. You can apparently also see the Thomas Point light house from the top balcony. My husband figured that out. Veronika made sure we had everything we need. Easy in Easy out. Also we went spent a day walking in downtown Annapolis which was 15 minutes drive to the City Dock - I highly recommend the Iron Rooster for breakfast. The other day we found the Old Stein Inn Restaurant which is 1 mile from he house down the road. The place is so cool. It is as close as you can get to a real German restaurant; they had 10 different German beers on tap and a full menu, outdoor beer garden and music. We drove to DC for one evening. It took 50 minutes from the house to the parking garage in Kennedy Center. It felt like a real vacation.
My family just finished our stay at Veronika’s luxury island house. First for the ladies; this place is clean top to bottom. I am not a review writer generally but this place was fantastic. The house is huge, very high end comfy beds and great views all around and lots to do. We walked down the Harper Restaurant which is on the water and about 2000 steps. You can see it right at the small island bridge. Food and bar and live music there is awesome and no driving! We walked the beach everyday and just enjoyed the back patio and relaxing atmosphere. We had such a good time just enjoying the fall weather by the Chesapeake Bay. Thanks Veronika for being so responsive and helpful. Loved this place!

Family and dog friendly community with multiple beaches and boardwalk. Great restaurant on the island, only 5 minutes walk. Annapolis downtown and Navy only 20-25 minutes.
There are two main community beach areas with a total of four beach access points. Enjoy the clear water, sand, and pier. The pier can also be used for excellent fishing. All beaches are dog-friendly.
First beach with the pier, a 4-minute walk:
Cross the main road and follow Murray Dr. At the end, turn right and go down the hill. You will see the community beach sign. Once you get to the sandy area, please follow the beach to your right (not left). You can walk along the beach to the pier and leave the beach via Boyd Dr. Enjoy! (Direction marked in purple on the picture).
Second beach, an 8-minute walk:
Follow Turkey Point Rd to your right after exiting the house. Go past the playground all the way to the very end of the road. There will be a tiny mulched path to your right. Follow the path to the beach. Enjoy!
Please note that no parties are allowed on the beaches unless scheduled ahead by the residents.

There's also a German restaurant called OLD STEIN on the right side of the Island, just a 1-minute drive away.
