Amazing, was so clean, the host was always so helpful, and the place was so private. You may not even realize it was there. But it is and it was so cozy.

This place was excellent! Could not have asked for better! The kitchen was perfectly equipped with needful tools to prepare healthy meals and a cup of warm lemon water each morning! The bedroom was perfect for a good night's rest and the bathroom was so clean and well equipped!

I like spotlessly clean, and Carolyn’s place was. The rental had a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with 2 chairs at one end where one could sit comfortably. There was no living room. We did not need more space so we were fine with this. Carolyn was an extremely responsive host.

We ended up deciding to visit Yuma at the last minute and Caroline’s place turned out to be the perfect neighborhood and location for exploring the town for the first time. It is just as pictured- super clean, thoughtfully furnished and comfortable- with an amazing shower and great off-street parking. Added bonus was finding tasty food (sopes, seafood, ice cream!) just a short walk away - so glad we chose to stay there!
