Designed for a perfect break, this stunning apartment has a very comfortable Hypnos SUPER KING SIZE BED (or 2 twin beds) using high quality hypoallergenic bedding, a small kitchenette (kettle, m/wave & fridge, but no hob, toaster and small sink), walk-in shower on the ground floor, iron and ironing board, smart TV and Freeview, games, books, maps & puzzles, fast optical fibre WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, quiet aircon/heating system and large off road parking ensuring a very comfortable stay in summer or winter. The BASICS FOR A SIMPLE BREAKFAST are provided, such as orange juice, cereals, milk, bread, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, yoghurts, butter, jam, etc. as well as a cafetiere, at no extra charge. Diana is a wonderful host, extremely friendly and considerate. The space is exceptional with everything you could need and more with a very luxurious feel throughout. The view across the hills is fantastic. Lovely personal touches including a welcome pack full of bread, cake and fudge. Overall, a very idyllic and well designed space, which Diana has clearly thought very carefully about, and finished to a very high standard.
Diana is one of the kindest, sweetest hosts I have ever had. She goes above and beyond to help you feel comfortable and at home and is so welcoming. She is there to help you should you need it but she also leaves you to enjoy your time. The Airbnb was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. It's well laid out with high end fixtures. The views are stunning and Diana has put so much effort into providing lots of lovely little extras. I can't recommend Diana and her place highly enough.
Glowing is the most relevant word here, attention to detail immaculate. Beautiful peaceful place with wonderful views. Diana’s maps were fab, breakfast so kind. Diana and Gordon are totally lovely. We will be back!
Diana’s accommodation was beautiful, peaceful and homely. Every last detail was very thoughtful, made the experience unique and made us feel very at home (unlike a hotel stay)! Diana was such a lovely host, very friendly and communicative. Whilst Diana was very welcoming and gave us a tour and clear instructions for our stay, she had the perfect balance of assisting us and also giving us our privacy. Diana made our birthday trip extra special by leaving a birthday banner and a card- she is a very caring person! We had a beautiful trip all thanks to the lovely Diana and her wonderful accommodation. A fantastic stay! This was our first trip away with our 8 week old baby and Diana went out of her way to make us comfortable. We had a travel cot, baby bath and nappy bin which made everything easy. The space itself is homey with the most stunning view and Diana has lots of extras (tea, coffee, treats) to relax with. FYI if you’re looking for somewhere to walk with a buggy we enjoyed Chartwell and Emmetts gardens is nearby too.

Otford is a heritage village dating back to Roman times with many listed buildings. It enjoys 2 pubs, a library, several antique shops, a top class milliner, a jeweller, a florist, a drycleaner, gents' barbers, hairdresser, post office and pharmacy. There are several places to grab a delicious breakfast, snacks, coffee/tea, lunch or dinners as well as a local mini market open until 11 pm most days inc Sundays
Access to several footpaths are within 1 or 2 minutes from the property.
Guests have a dedicated off road parking spot on a large gravel drive.
Guests have sole access to the whole apartment and privacy is completely respected.
We are on a village road so please expect to hear some traffic noise during some rush hours. We have insulated the building incredibly well so it’s pretty quiet inside.
Walking to the village requires 2 minutes of walking on the road before you can join a pavement or 1 minute to join a footpath to get there via the countryside passing 2 stiles.
Please note there are no village taxis so if you are planning to arrive by train please check with us before booking, we may be able to pick you up or recommend some local taxi companies.
