Sam and Andrea were great host, they were responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house was clean and displayed as the listing. Only thing I could say was I wish the bedroom had a a TV.

Cozy place to stay, convenient location as it was a straight shot to coco beach. There were stores within a 10 or less minute drive. Felt like we were in a fancy studio apartment, would stay again!

Great airbnb...great for a solo traveler (like me) or a couple...kitchen had everything I needed and bathroom and bed were perfect for a solo traveler. I needed to be near UCF and this airbnb was perfectly located for my needs (15 mins).

I had a wonderful experience staying at Samuel place, it was nice neighborhood with beautiful trees. I would highly recommend staying here, Me and my sister loved everything about the house it had a beautiful kitchen, bathroom, living room and it even has a washer and dryer which is really convenient if you decide to go to the amusement parks. It is a bit far away from most attractions but there are also buses and other transportation that drops you right in front of the attractions. Thank you so much !
