Stay at Rosalie House and experience the romance and tranquility of a luxury escape among the vines. With more than 100 years of character and charm, a stay at Rosalie House combines this history with all the modern conveniences. Whether you stay for a night or two or a week, fall asleep in the quiet surrounds of the vineyard and wake up with coffee from your own in-room coffee bar. This beautifully appointed room includes a large king size bed and private verandah perfect for a glass of wine at the end of the day. The shared bathroom has been beautifully renovated, with every detail carefully curated to create a wonderful space. There is a separate shared powder room and toilet for guests staying in the Viognier and Chardonnay rooms. Enjoy your complimentary bottle of Rosalie House wine, cold beer or water from your small fridge upon arrival. Your personal coffee bar comes equiped with everything you need for tea and coffee making. A short walk through the vines will take you to Rosalie House Cellar Door and Restaurant which is open from Thursday to Sunday.

Our daughter and son-in-law chose Rosalie House for their wedding. Our family of eight were able to book all four rooms at the homestead for the night prior to and of the wedding. Such a charming homestead – the rooms are beautifully furnished and the bathrooms are spacious. An added bonus was the complimentary beverages and breakfast supplies. The front balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the valley and the vineyard. It is also the 'place to be' for a stunning sunset while enjoying a Rosalie House wine!! The transition from the wedding ceremony in the garden at the homestead to the reception at the Cellar Door Restaurant amongst the vines was seamless and the perfect setting to enjoy the celebration. Doyle greeted us on arrival and was a very friendly and attentive host during our stay.

Beautifully presented , both quiet and private but also presented opportunities to casually interact with passing other guests. Lovely breakfast and souvenir bottle of wine. Lots of pillows on a very comfortable bed. A perfect little escape.!
A beautiful place to stay after our wedding celebrations at the Cellar Door Restaurant.
My wife and I stayed here for our wedding. We booked all four rooms for our bridal party. The rooms were pristine, spacious and private, with access to a veranda to enjoy the country views. Doyle was a fantastic host and was incredibly understanding and responsive to any questions or requests we may have had. Staying in the homestead the night before and of our wedding made the whole experience so calm and enjoyable, and we will definitely be returning to stay in the future!

Quiet rural setting among Rosalie House Vineyard. A short walk across the vineyard will take you to Rosalie House Cellar Door and Restaurant which is open Thursday to Sunday (unless closed for a private function or wedding).
A short drive to Meringandan and you can find corner shop, bottle shop and the Meringandan Pub for an amazing pub meal.

Hi! I'm Doyle and along with my wife Vicki own Rosalie House. We hand-planted the vineyard in 2005 and opened Rosalie House Cellar Door and Restaurant in 2018 as a way to showcase and share the wines from our vineyard. It is now a destination for visitors from near and far! Rosalie House Stays is our latest labour of love. We have renovated our 100 year old homestead and opened the doors to guests.
