My stay at Jeremy's home was very enjoyable. Jeremy is a very conscientious host. Responding quickly to all of my requests. It is a new home, very clean, in a quiet, gated community. Within 10 minutes of multiple shopping centers. The bed was very comfortable. And considering my back concerns that was very important to me. I like the fact that there is only one B&B guest room available in the home. It made for a more quiet & relaxing stay. And with Jeremy being on the road with his job, at times it feels like you have the entire home to yourself! I look forward to staying with Jeremy again on my next trip to the Tampa/St. Pete area. PS. Jeremy is new to airbnb. I've stayed at over 46 airbnb's on 3 continents over the past decade. And I can say with confidence that Jeremy's home ranks with the best of them! And at the current room rate made this stay an exceptional value!

A perfectly comfortable place to use as base camp to attend spring training baseball games. Convenient space to work from 'home', good bed, clean space, friendly host, great price. I couldn't be happier.

This is the best stay anyone could ever ask for. I felt at home the whole time . I was the only guest unlike a lot of the places that try to rent out every room. Jeremy is super friendly and flexible with any request. I highly recommend this place.

Jeremy is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever come across. He is very kind and thoughtful and he keeps a very nice and clean house.
