Newly renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen along with a Keurig Duo Coffee station! Huge driveway with 2 car garage. All together house that can accommodate up to 10 cars! Community park and pool are just minutes away. Huge backyard, with plenty of space to accommodate large groups. Walmart, Starbucks, and lots of shopping centers/restaurants just few minutes away! Open concept, and spacious single story home. Main bedroom has a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and a TV. Two queen bedrooms with a their own vanity sink area and a Jack and Jill full bathroom. Another bedroom with two twin bunk beds. A living room has 3 futons/sofas that each fold into single person bed. Two dining tables, with extra chairs/ bar stools. All stainless steel appliances and brand new kitchen to give a contemporary, luxurious feel. Great for accommodating large groups/families. Hope you will make memorable memories here!

Everything was nicecould use tv's in the other bedrooms
Nida’s listings deserve First Class ratings. We were a group of six, four adults and two younger persons. We all had comfortable sleeping quarters. We traveled from California for the Solar Eclipse. It was spectacular. Our viewing spot was in beautiful Murphy Park, less than 5 minutes away. With the sizable crow around us we waited in anticipation for clouds to clear, the sky to darken, and the splendor of the eclipsed sun to appear. We were not disappointed. very beautiful house . . but the dishwasher had a wierd smell coming from it & the bathtubs werent clean . i used the shower so ot was okay . .
