We have deeded beach rights into the LAPOA beach community. A short walk or drive gives you access to the most private and coveted beach on West Hill Lake. Enjoy our large yard if you want to hang out at home. Close to retail, dining options, gorgeous mountains and hills roads if you want to go explore for the afternoon. The cottage has two bedrooms - one master with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds, one of which has a trundle bed. The sofa in the living room is also a sleeper sofa!
