Highland lake offers a Marina you can rent a boat or kayak for the day. Close to Litchfield center for unique shopping and eating. Or you can shut it all off and just watch the Eagles and the Heron fly over the lake. Come and enjoy the uniqeness of this cottage nestled into the side of a rock formation with beautiful views.

Loved our stay at Meredith’s home. Cottage oasis by the water!
The natural setting is beautiful and serene. Cottage is very comfy. We had all the basics but the stove/oven wasn't connected. The gas grill was a good substitute. Overall a lovely place with gorgeous views of nature.

Cozy place by the lake. Beautiful view, easy to get to, and downtown areas are a short drive. Host is super responsive and helpful with local information and accommodating us with a last minute change in reservation.
This cottage was the perfect landing spot when we were in town for a family reunion. Meredith’s description was spot on and we had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend! We will definitely want to stay again the next time we visit!
