Safety issues, no A/C, dirty, etc, etc. Pros and cons you should know: - Safety issues. 1st floor and multiple doors do not lock well. - Not clean. Disgusting--one bathroom had “brown droppings” everywhere--walls, floor, on toilet paper. Could not go near this bathroom.. - No A/C. We paid for power, but because of owner mishap, no power beginning 1am, so no A/C or anything else. Gets super hot. - Could not sleep with no A/C. - Only place to go is Hard Rock. That's ok, but day passes sell out quickly, and be prepared to pay $70/day per person. - If you don't go to Hard Rock there is no where else to go, including restaurants within 20 mins. Pros: - Across from Hard Rock, but there are other places that are close - Owner nice, but took 6 hours to get back to us after calling her many times when power went out. Did nothing for us even though we paid for power. Also, she did nothing the next day when she had plenty of time.

Good location, right by the hard rock hotel. I use the Airbnb to get ready for my wedding and it was pretty nice. The host did have to come after some confusion with the unit number but she was very responsive and friendly.

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, frente a Hard Rock. Lo único es que si hay fiesta se escucha todo el ruido de la música. Elizabeth, la persona que atiende el departamento, es muy atenta y amable. El apt. requiero mayor mantenimiento en las puertas y duchas, todo lo demas funciona bien.
