This was my first time to Scott & Gretchen’s place at Lake Anna and plan to return! This is a perfect lake rental. The house & views were stunning and very spacious. If I could rate this lovely lakefront home higher than 5 stars I would! It has everything! Clearly a lot of thought went into planning a great vacation getaway. Thoughtful touches were left in the home that went above & beyond anything we expected. Our ladies weekend had plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. My friends and I felt right at home and would love to come back. We played games, read books, took naps, & had great conversations sitting at the firepit hangout area by the dock. The kitchen was well equipped for lots of cooking. Great layout for gathering all together or in small groups. We had no questions that needed answered during the stay. The house has everything you need. Check-in and check-out process were seamless. I went in December and I can only imagine how much more fun in summer.

If you need a place on the lake for a large extended family, this is the spot. Plenty of room to gather in different areas upstairs and downstairs. A kitchen where everyone can pitch in with food prep and clean up. Bedrooms on both ends of the house so there is some separation. Multiple outside options, especially at the waters edge by the fire pit. We've stayed at other houses in the area over the past few years and this house is by far the best of them all. Scott made it easy with the details and made sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to another Lake Anna trip in the future. We hope Scott's place is available!
