Mlee was a fantastic host! She was available to answer all our questions! Extremely friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us! Communication was great!! The home was clean, lovely and well equipped!!! Would recommend renting anywhere with Mlee as the host!!!

This was my second time staying in this property, and I was extremely satisfied with both stays. MLee is a very great host. I look forward to visiting Georgia in near future, I hope MLee will still have her property available.

Beautiful accommodations!! Perfect for 2-3 couples or large family with 2 ensuite bedrooms. Mlee was an awesome host and made you feel welcomed, including your fur babies (she had beds, treats, dog dishes, water in a bowl). The house was spotless and nicely decorated. Parking could possibly be a challenge if you have a larger vehicle (I have a Passport that fit in the garage with little length to spare and parked on an angle in the driveway). There's a cute little park right outside the back gate and a nice area to walk the dogs. There are multiple restaurants nearby and a couple of grocery stores. I would not hesitate to book 3 Kings & 3 1/2 Johns again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. M'Lee was very helpful with all our questions. The house is better than in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need. Our dog Winnie also felt very welcomed with a special treat. Thank you for everything.

Everything went smooth, the house is extremely clean. I felt totally at home, I highly recommend booking this home if you are in the area.
