L’appartamento non rispecchia le aspettative riguardo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Polveroso, il divano letto era inesistente e una di noi tre ha dovuto dormire sul divano, le coperte e le fodere erano sporchissime: se non avessimo usato la lavatrice per lavarle non avremmo potuto dormire in casa. Un paio di volte siamo rimaste bloccate in casa perché la chiave si è incastrata; per non parlare della scomodità del trovare la chiave all’arrivo, in un punto abbastanza lontano dall’appartamento. Lavandino che si otturava in continuazione, tubature rotte e doccia che cacciava cose strane dallo scarico. Ottima la posizione, ma per €900 ci aspettavamo di più.

Cedric’s place was incredible it was very close to the center of belgium. We loved using electric scooters to go everywhere and there was a parking spot right in front of the building.

Je recommande ce logement, très propre et très pratique. Quartier calme , pas loin des transports et du centre.

Cédric was a good host. Although his house was a little far from the center, it was in a good location. A tram passed in front of the house and I could reach everywhere. There was a cafe, bar and market near the house. I was able to find everything I needed at home. There was hot water. Kitchen utensils were clean. Bedspreads and sheets were clean. Wi-fi was fine and the TV could be connected. There was not a single air conditioner in the house. There may be a problem in the summer.
