Great place. Restobar right next door. A bit loud at times, but never late in the evening. Walkable to the beach restaurants.

Charlotte's place was really nice, the bathroom was the nicest we've seen in the Philippines. The host was kind, responsive and was easy to talk to. The common area kitchen was also really nice. The only downside was the bar next door played music/karaoke until 1am our final night. The first night they stopped around 9pm which was fine. Overall for the price I cannot really complain and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Charlotte

At the beginning, we couldnt find the place, as the address wasnt correct. However, when we arrived at the house, it was really clean and well-designed. The hosts are very friendly, and recommended us a lot of nice places. There's also a motor bike renting place right near the beach side, by walking distance, which is very helpful. Motor bike renting is 400P/day YMMV. One last note, there's a bar nearby which will stop singing by 10pm. Just for your reference. Overall, it was a very nice stay!

The place was large. There were plenty of cabinets and drawers. The room was private. There was a central kitchen area. The hosts were friendly. There was street noise, and a bar next door playing audible music. It was that much of a bother for me. The bar did not pump heavy bass, and the music was fairly okay. The bar did not play the music too late, and I slept well there.

Quality accommodation i think one of the best bathroom in asia I would highly recommend it
