Come and enjoy our 71 sqm Panorama apartment ! The apartment located next to the Hungarian Parlament building and the best hotel lines ( Four Seasons, InterContinental, Marriott, Kempinski ) Best area! You have NO use the public transport, just walking everywhere. The building of Parliament is at the end of the street. Over the past 4 years, hundreds of satisfied guests have stayed in our apartment. Due to administrative reasons, we had to upload the apartment to the airbnb website again. There are around 10.000 apartments for short term renting in Budapest. But with this view just around 20 apartments! We are in city center, everything just walking distance from apartment, maximum 5 minutes easy walking. Like: Parlament, St.Stephen Basilica, Castle district 15 minutes, Main shopping street 10 minutes, restaurants and pubs, nightlife 10 minutes.. The public transportaion is very good, but our guests in 95% just walking everywhere.

I loved the location of Ed's place and the view of the Danube and the Pest side of the city is incredible. Sitting in one of the chairs or the couch with window and door open is relaxing. The temperate was moderate so I did not need the a/c but I appreciated the fan that I put by the bed. I was on a long trip so having a washer and drying rack in the apartment was convenient. The tram that passes by is somewhat loud but much less so with the window and door closed. I would love to stay at Ed's apartment again on my next trip to Budapest.
This place is absolutely amazing!!! It is everything in the description and more. Highly recommend.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Edouard’s place on the banks of the Danube. The view was fantastic, in a very walkable neighborhood where we felt very safe with lots to do and see within easy walking distance. His apartment is very spacious with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, and spotlessly clean. The building is very quiet, beds comfortable and great hot water and water pressure. Edouard was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. He also arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport which was much appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again and most highly recommend.
