안녕하세요. 필리핀에 벌레가 많다고 하여 많이 걱정했어요. 각오하고 갔는데, 생각했던것보다 너무 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 가끔 싱크대 창문쪽 작은점같은 개미가 발견되긴했지만, (진짜작더라고요.) 제가 부주의하여 과자같은걸 흘려서 그랬어요. 설거지를 제때하고 청결을 유지하면 오지않아요. 필리핀에서 이정도면 정말 퍼팩트한 숙소라고 생각해요. 세탁기가 제공되어 옷가지를 조금 가지고갔음에도 2주를 옷 부족함없이 보냈고 옷걸이도 넉넉하여 좋았어요. 침대도 푹신하고 침구도 향기롭고 깨끗해요. 티비도 큰게 있어요. 전 평소에 티비안봐서 쓰진않았지만요. 에어콘도 안방 거실 빵빵하고 조절가능해서 지금 35인 필리핀 더위를 잘견뎠고요. 온수도 아주 잘나와 샤워 무리없었어요. 넉넉한크기 냉장고와 조리도구도(국자 식가위등등) 유용하게 잘썼답니다. 저처럼 2주 이상 장기투숙하시고 요리를 많이 해드실거면 웍을 하나 챙겨가시길 추천드려요. 전 28센티와 16센티 웍 두개를 챙겨가서 요리잘해먹었어요. 가스렌지없고 인덕션이니 인덕션용 가져가셔야되요. 인덕션은 다른버튼은 너무쎄서 음식이타니 핫스팟이었던가? 그모드로 해서 100부터 1600까지 다양한 온도로 조리가능하니 참고하세요. 햇빛이 잘드는집이에요. 그래서 좋아요. 브라인드도 방마다있어 차단가능해요. ug층에 마트가있어 편리하고. 귀여운 고양이들도 살고있어 아이들이 좋아했어요. ug층 치킨집은 가성비와 서비스가 별로에요. 옆엔 세탁소와 같이 운영되는 카페가 있는데, 메뉴에 있는거 다안팔아요ㅡㅡ;; 커피만가능하더라구요..ㅠㅠ 전 숙소 넘 만족합니다. 또 이용하고싶어요. 감사합니다.
Superb, comfortable apartment right in the centre of the IT Park business district with plenty of shops and restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment was very comfortable indeed. Thank you for hosting us in your lovely apartment. The hosts Paul and Mia kept in touch to ensure all went well.
Mia and Paul is very responsive to my questions. The place is clean and good smell when we arrived. Its worth the price since its 1 br and its near to the mall and restaurants.
