The place is the same as of the pictures. Very spacious and AC is cold. Shower heater is working and the bed feels cozy and nice. Definitely recommended and will book again sometime in the future. Host is really friendly and responsive too! Great place to stay!

This looked nice, neat and modern in the pictures so I booked it and it is walkable to a lot of stores, pharmacies and restaurants. I booked this place when I found out that I needed to extend my stay in Cebu, and I told Lenlen that probably will arrive earlier than the check in time and she was flexible and told me that soon as the cleaners were finished cleaning, we can check in so we just waited in the lobby. The place is very close to Ayala central block, some restaurants, drugstores and close to where I had an important appointment everyday. The host was thoughtful and texted me if everything was okay with my stay, very responsive to my texts. It is overlooking to mountain and part of the city so that was cool. Love the place, it is modern, neat and clean which most important. Towels, linens, shampoos and body wash are provided, you just have to buy drinking water. I was happy with my stay.

A great flat in a great location. The view from the property is pretty nice as well. The communication was good and overall we really enjoyed our stay :) We would probably come back if we were staying in Cebu city in the future.

My friends and I did enjoy the stay, it's very ideal for those working individuals or group of young adults/students who needs reliable internet provider. It is situated in a great location where all you need is within the area, shopping mall, restaurants, and many more. Definitely going to recommend it to my other friends once they visit Cebu.
