Superbe logement bien équipé. Situé dans un environnement calme mais proche de la ville avec le métro. Laurence est très sympathique et disponible. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et le recommandons sans hésiter.

I had a wonderful stay at Laurence's place. I was going through a stressful period in my life, having to move out of my apartment temporarily for renovations, and the host made me feel right at home. It is a spacious two rooms apartment on the upper floor of the host's home with a private entrance at the back of the house. It is tastefully and smartly decorated, with a hotel quality mattress, and fully furnished for longer stays. The shower is very small, but it was manageable, and the host made sure I had everything I needed during my stay (extra towels, bedding, paper supplies, etc.). It is located in a charming residential neighborhood in the suburbs of Montreal, within walking distance of a shopping mall, grocery store, and a metro station. Don't let the fact that this rental is located on the south shore off the island of Montreal discourage you it is literally 1 minute away from the bridge. Laurence and her partner are very chill, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Ce séjour de 4 mois fut parfait. Laurence a accepté de nous loger alors que nous sommes accompagnés de nos deux chiens. Très attentionnés et réactive, nous avons pu compter sur son aide et ses conseils pour favoriser notre intégration. Le logement nous a totalement convenu. Proche du pont et du métro, il se trouve à quelques minutes à pieds de l’épicerie. Nous tenons à remercie Laurence et son compagnon pour leur superbe accueil et leur confiance !
