Welcome to Casa Alma - your stylish urban sanctuary nestled in CDMX's vibrant Condesa neighborhood. After a day of exploring, you can comfortably enjoy one another's company while watching a movie together on the spacious couch bundled up in blankets in the living room, or relish in a delicious meal around the dining table served from the open-concept kitchen, or maybe you'd rather lounge with a morning coffee in the sun or evening cocktail under the stars at one of two patios. Your hosts & fellow travelers, Mike & Linh, have thoughtfully curated this 300 m2 (3230 sq. ft) home. A recently renovated 3-floor, 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat that combines sophisticated & comfortable decor with modern amenities in a home that continues to carry its old character. They’ve made sure to include all the things that would provide you with a comfortable (& functional) short or long-term stay. <b>AMENITIES:</b> - Wi-Fi with access points on each floor, strengthening the service wherever you are - One medium-soft, king-sized bed in the master bedroom - Six medium-soft queen-sized beds in the other 5 bedrooms - Floor fans for the hotter months - Radiator heaters for the colder months - Down alternative comforters and duvets - Four pillows per bed - Linen curtains and black out curtains in each bedroom - Floor-length mirrors in every bedroom - Bedside tables hold dimmable lamps with outlets for USB-C, USB, and general electrical outlets - Additional blankets throughout the house - 75’’ HD TV with the option to utilize all streaming services - Open-concept kitchen equipped with all essentials + basic spices at your disposal - Instant coffee, Sugar, and Tea - Boho-inspired bathrooms - Bathtub - Bath, Hand, Face, and Make-up Towels - Large private rooftop patio with sun beds, seating area, and hammock - Large private floor patio with picnic table - Private parking for up to 2 cars - Cleaning supplies (broom, mop, chemicals, rags) This space transcends mere accommodation – it's a bespoke experience for those seeking the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure in one of Mexico City's most sought-after neighborhoods.

We loved our stay at Linh and Mikes. Great for larger groups. Beautifully designed with details. Excellent location in Condesa, walkable to great coffee shops, restaurants and nightlife. Linh and Mike are good at what they do: responsive, thoughtful, hospitable and accommodating. We locked ourselves out of one of the bedrooms at 1am and they answered our text so quickly to help. They are awesome and it was near perfect!

Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Here are the pluses and minuses. On the plus side: the house is beautifully decorated and spacious. I stayed with a group of 8 people, and there was room for all of us. The living room, dining room, roof deck, and courtyard were lovely places for a group to hangout. Getting in and out was easy and Linh's communication was responsive and helpful. When I messaged about a clogged shower drain, it was fixed the next day. Modern amenities like a filtered water system in the kitchen were appreciated. On the minus side: there were A/C units in two of the top-floor bedrooms, but I wish the other four bedrooms also had A/C, as it got uncomfortably hot at night, even with a fan blowing. Linh said they were considering getting additional A/C units. The mattresses were pretty uncomfortable—a couple of them shockingly so. Linh apologized for this and said they would buy new mattresses in the future. Finally, the showers did not get hot, only lukewarm.
What an INCREDIBLE home this was! Not only was the location perfect — a walkable, yet quiet area in Condesa — but the home itself was beyond comfortable and so beautiful. We came here as a group of coworkers for a work retreat and loved the home, the communal space, and the comfort. Thank you Linh and Mike for being so communicative and kind!
The pictures of this place don’t do it justice! Beautiful house in the best location. We’ll be staying here when we return to CDMX! Linh was very responsive and made our stay seamless.

Embark on a culinary journey in Condesa, where an array of exceptional restaurants line the streets, tantalizing your taste buds. After a delightful meal, take a leisurely stroll along nearby walkways adorned with greenery or through Parque Mexico or Parque España (just a 15 minute walk away), adding to the enchanting atmosphere of this neighborhood - you may end up moving to Mexico City just like we did.
For those still testing out their Spanish skills, don’t fret, most places in the area speak English. Bike rental (Ecobici) stations are just around the corner to borrow for 5 minutes or 5 hours allowing you to more easily explore Mexico City.

With personal experience over the last few years of living & exploring CDMX, your hosts can provide you with many recommendations & contacts to make your stay enjoyable.
We offer two free secure parking spots inside the gates. The space is narrow, but can fit a suburban. There is also street parking on our street, but it becomes quite limited in the evenings.
We recommend walking as it's the best way to see all the cool shops and restaurants while enjoying the lush walkways, but if you need to get anywhere faster, rent an Ecobici from any of the nearby bike stations using the Ecobici CDMX app. Add your credit card in advance, scan the QR code on the bike, pick your time limit, and you're off.
Taxis are also available to flag down on some of the main roads around the house. We also can provide contact information for private drivers if you'd like to get out of the city.
