This is my first bad review on Airbnb. The actual place would get a 3.5-4. It is listed as a 4 beds with cinema room. It has 3 beds plus a cinema room. There is a pull out couch & the hosts state they can put rollaways in the cinema room. Unfortunately, we didn't learn this until after we arrived. They also only provided half used rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. The hosts get a 1 star at best. They require a deposit to ensure guests follow house rules that would be refunded within 3-4 business days. They never refunded my money & stopped communicating with me. I had to reach out to Airbnb to get my money back. They hosts were also unprofessional when we had an issue with the shower draining. They blamed us for the problem & threatened us with a "hefty charge" to fix the issue. One co-host, David, became quite rude when we would not send a video through another texting platform of the shower when Airbnb clearing states to only communicate on their platform.

very comfortable and clean apartment. equipped with everything you might need. the owner sent very clear instructions and was always in touch. I received answers to all questions quickly

Lovely apartment that was presented as described. Excellent host … Leila just went above and beyond to assist us. Highly recommend

Fantastic. Great host always responsive. We’re definitely gonna book there again. 5 minute walk to the underground station. Grocery stores right across the street. Great restaurants right in the neighborhood. And we felt safe there. You can’t go wrong with this place.
