The apartment is in Piazza Leopoldo, a dynamic neighborhood convenient for reaching the main attractions of Florence, provided with all necessary services. Few steps away, you will be in a panoramic garden, still unknown to tourists, from which you will enjoy an original perspective of Florence, in full peace. This place is particularly loved by the Florentines. Renovated in 2023, giving priority to the modernity and brightness, we have made this apartment a rare opportunity in this area. You will be positively impressed by its open space and the airiness of its rooms, thanks also to the large windows. You will enjoy the privacy of the top floor of a quiet building, perhaps together with a dinner prepared in the brand-new kitchen, equipped with everything you may need. The accommodation is particularly recommended for families or groups, as it has two bedrooms, a sofa bed and two bathrooms. It comes with all comforts: air conditioning, heating, kitchen appliances, washing machine and dryer, wi-fi, smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus); in a space provided with a completely new furniture and accessories (hairdryer, iron, etc.). You will feel at home, without giving up the convenience of being able to reach the city center in a few minutes by public transport (tram or bus) or by walk. You can count on our friendliness and helpfulness: a young couple from Florence who can recommend typical places in Florence, away from the tourist crowd. Host is good and kind, overall is good but if you are renting cars would not recommend as you won’t be able to find any parking lots. But overall the accommodation is good for family 😊
Fantastic place to stay in Florence! The location is perfect—super convenient to the tram, grocery store, coffee shop & a great restaurant right up the street. Far enough away from the city center that you get to escape the crowds and noise, but close enough to hop on the tram and be in the middle of historic Florence in a few minutes. We loved: the elevator, A/C (although we didn’t have to use it much during our stay), nice views of downtown and the hills, and the comfortable beds & couches! The washer was very handy and we used it multiple times. The building does seem to have a problem occasionally with water pressure that causes the water to get really slow. One other thing to note, the upstairs bedroom is not fully closed off, so if you are a light sleeper you will hear people in the kitchen etc. Overall, we had a wonderful time & loved our stay here. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive & helpful! Thanks for such a fabulous rental in Florence!

Unfortunately, parking in this area is not free:
- the white lines are reserved to residents;
- the blue lines are subject to payment from Monday to Saturday, from 8.00 am to 20.00 pm. Parking is free on public holidays;
- street cleaning takes place every third Tuesday of the month, from midnight to 6.00 am
- the police often monitor compliance with these rules. Don’t waste money on a fine!
Tram (Line 1) is so close to the flat. In 10 minutes, you will be already in the city center!
