Beautiful home with great amenities. Must visit. local food is also great. Make sure to carry all the stuff with you beforehand since the location is a bit remote. However, location is remote but gives you a good experience.

The bungalow is situated within Orange city which has amenities like a swimming pool, games like carrom and table tennis, volleyball and badminton court. Quite a beautiful house however needs some more dusting before guest entry (due to closed for a while). Loved the amenities, especially the bathroom and kitchen. Thanks.

Dreamcatcher is Marsha's beautiful bungalow located in a gated community called Orange City in Kasara, approx 15kms before Igatpuri if you are traveling from Mumbai. The location is easy to spot and close to the highway. There are many other individual bungalow in the complex and has got 24/7 security. We saw the security personnel take few rounds in the night around the complex. About the property, it is overall a well maintained bungalow with fully functional kitchen. That have got refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, pans, ample of cutlery. Even kitchen essentials like salt, sugar, basic spices we available too. So you don't have to worry preparing food. Or you can order food from hotels/dhaba opposite to the complex and nearby hotels which also door deliver on a call. The bungalow is 3bhk with a small terrace and 3 bathrooms. The lower floor has a large hall, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. Top floor has 2 bedroom, bathrooms and the terrace. Some beautiful artefacts around the house and decent collection of books too. AC was available, running water, hot water facilities all working fine. They got a small lawn too. 1 car can be parked in the bungalow parking area and also outside the bungalow. A lil maintenance was required on upholstery and furnishings, else all was good. Most importantly, the place was very clean especially the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Mosquito might be a problem so carry repellent. Otherwise they have stocked mosquito repellent as well. Window doors should be closed after 6 to avoid mosquitoes and other lil pests. All in all a good place to spend a day or two with family and friends. Can accommodate 8-10 ppl comfortably.

The host is well behaved and the place was better than we expected. There was a guy named "Manoj" who helped us check-in and check-out. He was really humble and polite. All in all a good place to stay if you are planning to visit Igatpuri.

We had a wonderful stay here during the monsoons. Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Igatpuri etc :)
