My daughter and I came to Herron House looking for a sense of safety and privacy, as we are traveling and in recovery from heavy life experiences. Finding and staying at Alicia’s place the past week felt like a supernatural gift, and one we didn’t take lightly. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable… and the view of sunsets were absolutely stunning, and access to the beach was lovely. It’s a very healing place. Alicia was very helpful and friendly, and responded very quickly anytime I reached out for anything. We would not hesitate to consider Herron Island and Alicia’s home if we came out this way again. Our stay was very memorable, and our host very very kind and accommodating.

Excellent stay for my young family. Definitely very steep steps to the beach but kids had a great time looking for crabs with the tide out. Amazing views from the property and inside the house. It was a great weekend retreat.

My kids ( 14 and 9) loved playing air hockey. My husband and I had a chance to play too and it was so much fun! The kitchen table was a perfect size for game night on Friday and Saturday. We learned a new game provided at the house, called Sequence. We like it so much that we bought the game to have our house. It was very appreciative to have your dogs with us as they are family too. The stairs down to the beach are well kept. It was wonderful to walk the beach and we will definitely recommend staying at this house to our friends! The ping pong table could use a little TLC, but we played that on Saturday night. The kitchen had all of the supplies needed. I did appreciate having coffee grounds available as I forgot mine. However, it would be nice to have a couple more tall glasses. There was only one to use.

I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with stunning views. The breathtaking views that greeted me each morning were simply spectacular, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The combination of natural beauty, tranquility, and created the ideal setting for relaxation. My stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning to this hidden gem in the future.

The home is absolutely amazing and so comfortable. We had such a beautiful and memorable Christmas. We had everything needed for our stay. Beautiful location and great value. Loved it. Thank you so much.
