Location Location New 1st floor apt with heaps of natural light.You will have your own room with a DB, access to your own Bathroom and sliding door to a balcony. The Location is excellent with the 96 tram into the city within a 5 min walk. Neighbouring an environmental park with Cafe, grocer, nursery, chooks all within a walk across the carpark. You will be sharing the space with myself and Kevin the cat. My son may or may not be here during your visit but he’s 17 and keeps a low profile. Your room has a double bed, mirrored wardrobe so you can hang clothes if needed. Feel free to make a cuppa, and store your food in the fridge. Light cooking is most welcome, just leave the kitchen as you find it. There’s a balcony with a large dining table to sit, chair to read or relax. Feel free to watch tv if you want. There’s a communal roof top space with a barbecue on level 5. If you go up there to enjoy some open air, please don’t leave rubbish up there when you leave. The building is smoke free so please don’t smoke even at the front of the building or on the balcony or rooftop.

We had a great stay with Lee-Anne + Kevin over the weekend. Lee-Anne was super friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The flat was beautifully furnished and we had everything we needed plus some! Location is close to 96 tram so we were able to get all the way down to Albert Park and St Kilda whilst also easily exploring Brunswick and Northcote.
Loved staying with Lee-Anne (and Kevin!) in her beautiful home right by Ceres park in Brunswick East. Lee-Ann is a wonderful host- so warm & welcoming- and we loved all her excellent local recommendations. The bedroom was so comfortable, amazing bathroom and shower and the flat was in a great location for exploring. We couldn’t recommend Lee-Anne’s lovely home enough!
Great location, delightful home, a very special host! By far the best I have ever been. I am very grateful for Lee-Anne hospitality and Kevin (the cat) friendship. I will be back everytime I will come to Melbourne. Never again in a posh and sterile hotel in the city!

Excellent location right next to Ceres. The cafe is open daily, markets held most Saturdays, and it’s open to the public everyday. It’s close to bus stops, tram stops, Merri Creek runs behind Ceres and a bridge connects Northcote over the creek and there are plenty of walking trails and bike trails. The start of the number 96 tram route is within 5 min walk and travels down Nicholson Street through the city past the Bourke Street mall and goes out to St Kilda.There’s a pub and a few cafes near the Blythe St tram stop and a Coles supermarket and bottle shop just down Nicholson Street. There are plenty of restaurants along Lygon Street and Sydney Road which is all within 2km.
Many people walk along the Merri Creek, bike, bus, tram. Brunswick East is home to many environmentally friendly residents so you’ll see lots of cargo bikes and e bikes getting around.Parking next door at Ceres is free and unrestricted 24/7. It does get busy during the day and weekends but generally parking isn’t a problem after 4.30pm.

Hi I’m a 50+yr old female who loves to socialise and get away when the chance arises. My kids are now young adults so our home is generally pretty quiet if you’re wanting a place to chill. My place is tidy but homely and comes complete with a 1 yr old Maine Coon.. I hope you like cats because Kevin thinks he’s gods gift!!
