Stayed over at Chinis place for a weekend golf trip with the boys. The house was all we needed just a spot to refresh get some sleep and have a few hours to sit down and relax. The back yard was nice and neighborhood was quiet with plenty food and things nearby. There was no shampoo or body wash when we got in but the host was nice enough to send us some next morning. There are plenty of places to get food or coffee or whatever else you need and the host was responsive and helpful to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again if the opportunity arose in the future. I would upgrade the tv to a bigger one if I was the host and the baby sized pool table was a little lacking. But overall the rooms were clean and beds were nice. Bathrooms worked well. The house could have been stocked a little better but overall things were good. Thank you for the stay Chini!
We booked the residence because our home was being tented. We were only about five minutes away. We wanted a house since we needed the space and a hotel would have required two rooms. The residence was perfect for our situation. The neighbor next to me was very friendly and since we were both retired military we got along well. The floor plan is open and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with both plastic and glassware dishes. This was a bonus as we try not to eat or drink from plastic dishes. The games in the sun room were fun to play but needed some upkeep such as new pool cue tips, batteries for the basketball game and one of platforms for the toss across games was broken. There was a golf putting game but somebody had bent in half one of the putters. We attempted to treat the house as our own and took care of it. Great stay and it really made our situation easier. Would book if I lived out of state or in Northern California.
Beautiful home! My family stayed here for my wedding weeking & everyone had a blast. There were some fun games available and the house was very clean and comfortable.
Large house 2 living rooms. Good for families.
