This professionally designed home is the ideal country-club retreat. We've hosted thousands of stays from around the globe, and know exactly what guests are looking for. During your stay, we have curated the following for you and your guests to enjoy: - Decor and features worthy of any design-admirer’s dream, including hand-picked furniture, artwork, and statement pieces. - Full access to the property’s 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, to its outdoor bbq/living/dining patio - all of which mid-century modern touches. - A shared pool and hot tub (just steps away), with idyllic views of the desert landscape. -Access to the Palm Valley Country Club's fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, indoor hot tub, steam-room, and Jr. sized Olympic swimming pool for a daily fee of $15/person, or a weekly fee of $30/person. - Quick accessibility to El Paseo, and walking / hiking paths - all just 30 minutes away from Palm Springs. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME This vacation rental is fully furnished with Smart TVs and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pot, toaster, and a blender big enough for your pitcher of margs'. Kitchen: Basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine openers, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice drawer, salt and pepper. Plus other cooking supplies oil, sprays, foil, cling wrap, etc. House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. For longer term guests, you may need to replenish additional supplies, or just let us know and we can supply more. My group went during stagecoach and had an amazing time! Jake was awesome and very responsive. The house was spacey and so new and clean we really loved it!! The location and neighborhood was also wonderful Thank you jake and team for everything this place is truly worth it!!
Beautiful place and setting, fun to watch all the humming birds on the wonderful flowers surrounding the property. Also entertaining to watch the golfers go by from a distance. Enjoyed the place and the way it was decorated and stocked.
One of the nicest places we have stayed in Palm. Desert in the many years we have been coming.
Had a wonderful week stay at the property with my family! I am always drawn to homes with white sheets and light/bright interior. We hope to come back again next year! So much attention to detail and loved the decor throughout the condo. It didn’t take long for us to feel right at home. We made use of the facilities too by using the pickleball, tennis courts, and even swam in one of the pools. Jake is super prompt at responding and very thankful for his help!
Wonderful stay on a beautiful property! The home was extremely well equipped and clean. The view from the patio was very relaxing and the everything was pristinely maintained.

You can park your maximum of 2 small cars in the driveway. Parking on the street is not allowed. The community has gated security that you will have access to.

Roav is derived from the word Rove meaning: "To travel constantly without a fixed destination, to wander." I began co-hosting Airbnbs while I was in college as a side-hustle. What started with humble beginnings has led to hosting 4000+ stays all over the country. I created Roav Stays; a short-term rental hosting company mainly specializing in urban travel apartments, & condos. Now, my partner and I are focusing on our true passion: creating beautiful spaces that bring joy, inspiration, and relaxation. (aka 'Roav Retreats') By providing my guests with the most convenient, and relaxing stay possible, I've found that they can focus on what really matters when traveling; diving into the local culture, exploring the area, and creating those novel experiences which last a lifetime.
