Our prime location offers convenient access to popular downtown hotspots, including the renowned Honky Tonks of Broadway, Music City Convention Center, Bridgestone Arena, The Gulch, and the Riverfront. Not only is Pie Town easily walkable to these exciting destinations, but it also provides effortless access to highways such as HWY 65, allowing seamless travel to Franklin, the Fairgrounds, and other parts of the city via 65/40/24. As you step into Golden Hour Getaway, you'll find a stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the 4th floor, facing 7th Ave. Situated on the opposite side of the building from the train tracks, rest assured that train noise will not disrupt your stay. Hyve itself offers an array of amenities for your comfort and enjoyment. Indulge in the pool (open seasonally from May to October), work out in the state-of-the-art gym, make use of the comfortable working space/lounge designated for guests, or unwind in the outdoor seating area complete with firepits. Bedroom 1: This tranquil haven features two Queen hybrid mattress beds, accommodating up to four guests. Designed with the utmost consideration for light sleepers, this bedroom lacks a window, ensuring a peaceful and dark environment. The Wonder Woman hallway houses a convenient closet, while a shelf with hangers is thoughtfully provided within the room. Bedroom 2: Immerse yourself in luxury as you retire to this elegant room, furnished with a lavish King hybrid mattress bed, providing a sumptuous night's sleep for two. A dresser and a walk-in closet are at your disposal, offering ample storage for your belongings. Bedroom 3: Indulge in the comfort of a majestic King hybrid mattress bed, accommodating two guests in ultimate style. A dresser is provided for your convenience, while the closet for this bedroom is also situated in the Wonder Woman hallway, ensuring easy access to your wardrobe. At our enchanting retreat, every detail has been meticulously crafted to offer you a memorable and blissful stay. GUEST ACCESS You'll have full access to the condo and common areas of the building. The Latch app will be your key and can be accessed on your phone or iWatch. PARKING Parking is hassle-free with garage parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Access the gated entrance on the left side of the building's lobby door using the Latch app. Remember to park in spots without reserved signs. If the garage is full, paid parking is available in the nearby gated public parking on the right side of the building. Additionally, there is ample free street parking in front of the building. AMENITIES Our property offers a range of top-notch amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You'll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or streaming your favorite shows. Stay cool during the summer months with our refreshing air conditioning system and stay cozy in the winter with heat. Take a dip in Hyve’s sparkling pool, open seasonally, providing a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. OTHER THINGS All units in the building are short term rentals. We have quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am but you can expect weekends to be lively. The train runs right next to the building however our unit is on the opposite side so there should be little disturbance. The train is visible from the pool/outside seating area and is fun to watch roll by. There is on site security from 5:00pm to 7:00am who are trained specifically to ensure the safety of guests of the building. Nashville is a vibrant thriving city and Hyve is in this urban area. As with any city or urban area, there will be city noises such as sirens, traffic, construction etc. We also think you should be aware that Nashville Rescue Mission is nearby.
