Welcome to “BeachView” on the nature coast! Our home features a wonderful cross breeze from the Gulf of Mexico to the canal inlets behind the home. Take a few steps to Shell Point beach or relax and watch the sailboats from the comfort of the living space. BeachView is newly renovated with antique fixtures mixed with modern finishes. BeachView retains much charm of an old Florida beach cottage on a very quiet Gulf point. The space is decorated as a coastal cottage with vintage style fixtures. We kept everything bright and cool to soak in the quiet beach views. We have fresh unwashed eggs from our local farm Green Acres Land Holdings and assorted coffees for the morning. *We have renovation happening on the top deck and lower utility room when we do not have guests. We are replacing the carport ceiling as well since the last storm. Please pardon the dust. This does not impact the main floor living nor will we have contractors during your stay.
