Saad was excellent. Before we arrived, I asked his recommendation for a restaurant or an activity in Salzburg for my 16 year old nephews birthday, which happened to be the day we arrived. Saad had decorated the house with balloons and birthday signs and had a basket overflowing with treats, bubbly, party hats and everything you can imagine to have a great party. It was such a thoughtful act that really affected our whole family. Our trip started off in an amazing way thanks to his generosity and kindness! The place allowed all of us to be together and enjoy the city for a few days. We would definitely stay again and appreciate Saad and his professional and friendly manner! Thank you again!!!
