The guards helped us with our luggage which I was thankful for. They are friendly and accomodating as well. We were able to rest well after our flight thanks to the clean and cool room waiting for us. Expect the wifi connection to be slow but if your primary goal is to get a good rest and roam around MOA leisurely, it won't matter. Unfortunately on our 2nd night we had issues with the AC. We had a baby with us so it was kind of a big deal. It stopped cooling in the middle of the night. I didn't reach out to the host since we will be checking out the next day. A friendly reminder to be careful with the inside doors as well. In the bathroom and the bed room. One of doors almost fell down to our 1 year old. It was almost a perfect stay for us if not for the issues with the AC and doors. Our 1 year old was able to sleep peacefully before these issues occured. It helped a lot that the host is responsive to concerns.
