It has everything you need to have a nice quiet trip. It was wonderful watching all the ducks
Absolutely loved this cabin! We would 100% come back and would love to go with a group of friends as the cabin is located next to two other cabins of similar size. We enjoyed watching otters swim in the bay and saw bald eagles. The cabin was very clean and well maintained; the kitchenette was perfect for cooking quick dinners after exploring Seward. While in Seward we enjoyed the Major Marine Spring Tour and went to the Alaskan Sealife Center. The only small hiccup we had was the absolute dumping of snow we received (about 2 feet of snow over night and had to dig ourselves out of the cabin) 😅. The road to the cabin was cleared very quickly and we had no issues leaving town. Thank you for hosting us! Melanie & Billy from Michigan

自我介绍
We met in San Diego and have always been drawn to salt water. We left in exploration of more things wild: mountains to climb, waters to kayak, trails to run, perspectives to encounter. We spent 3 years on the road, living out of our car and exploring North America’s public lands and communities, stumbling upon spaces, places, and people who inspired us and ultimately sharpened the pencil that created Salted Roots. Seward won our hearts, with mountains, the ocean, and a national park right in our backyard. Alaska is wild - wild enough for us vagabonds to settle down roots… and then naturally the idea for Salted Roots sprouted. We bought the land in 2017, were married there shortly after, and began throwing together our future plans for the project with close friends. Our community helped us clear the land, build these cabins, and make our vision a reality.
