Omg! This place was perfect! He thought of everything- the best host ever! Loved the backyard space and all the extra added touches. Michael was also very flexible and accommodating when we needed to make changes. Will definitely stay here again!

Five of us were in Bloomington for the eclipse in 2024. The home was upscale and spotless with fancy appliances and lots of little extras. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable with tons of pillows. We all appreciated the live plants, good light, big deck and the huge TVs. The home is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many restaurants and bars and there's even a fantastic sewing store a 5 minute walk away. Michael was very responsive, replying with minutes. Overall I can't say enough good things about this place or this host!!

Perfect spot for a weekend in Bloomington. Close to everything. We walked most places but when we did take an Uber (to the basketball game) it was very cheap. Place is basically brand new and has a really big backyard with a fire pit. Very nice bathrooms. My buddies and I come to IU at least once a year and thought this was probably the nicest place we've stayed at. Hope to stay again in the fall for a football game.
