Our family really enjoyed our stay at Julian’s! It was peaceful and beautiful - just what we were looking for while still being close enough to the city to go out and adventure and explore!! Julian communicated everything well and answered any questions we had promptly! Our kids loved the game room downstairs and the room to run around outside!! Seeing so much wildlife was also a wonderful added bonus! Definitely recommend Julian’s place if you find yourself in the Nashville area!!

Julian's place was charming and beautiful. A great space for our family. We loved the tire swing and Pickleball court and especially the beautiful view from the living area and charming details about the history of the cottage. The property is very quiet and peaceful, but still close to good restaurants and a very easy and short drive to Nashville. Highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous and secluded lot! There are some homes across the cove, but outside of that it is peacefully serene!

Driving is the best option as you are about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville!

Hello, I'm Julian! I was born and raised here in Nashville, and after spending some time away for college and some traveling I decided to return to where it all began. Nashville has changed a lot over the years, but my love for this great city has remained constant! I enjoy traveling, exercising, reading (a blend of self-improvement and sci-fi/fantasy), movies, and spending time with my girlfriend and dog. I began my hosting career a few years back with just one personal property. I quickly fell in love with hosting fellow travelers and decided to pursue a career in it!
