Modern, comfortable, peaceful and cute place to stay. Cozy fireplace and the dining/kitchen and living room felt spacious and inviting. Comfortable beds as well. Easy to adjust temperatures per room. Walking distance next to Lake Tahoe and close to Northstar and several ski resorts. Very friendly and responsive hosts.

Located in the heart of Carnelian Woods, you'll find a tranquil, woodsy series of townhomes pleasantly spaced throughout the trees. Minutes to amenities, including <5 min walk to Lake Tahoe, mini-golf, and restaurants, including the famous Gar Woods.
Parking spots are in a paved (and during winter months maintained with snow removal) parking lot -- steps from the townhome. There are trails (walking/hiking), a par course, and walk to shared clubhouse is also 5 minutes. Carnelian Woods is directly off the 28 and features direct access roads to the unit.
