Mountains, city, or historic charm -- this townhome is a short distance from everywhere you will want to be. For when you want to stay at home, you'll enjoy views of snow-capped mountains in the distance (in the winter) and rabbits and sometimes foxes closer to home. While the neighborhood itself it quiet, Old Towne Arvada, just 1 mile away is a cute, walkable district that's perfect for a night out.

This is a mixed demographic neighborhood. It's quiet and walkable. There is a nice, big park nearby. We also have the Ralston Creek trail walking/biking distance from the house and this is popular with anyone who likes to spend time outside. Old Town Arvada is 1.2 miles from the house and walkable on a good-weather day. This is a charming part of town that people from all over the city come to spend time in. Expect boutiques, bars, restaurants, art stores -- all within a pedestrian-friendly area. The light rail station is also here and a good way to get to different parts of town.
Unless you are accessing trails or Old Towne Arvada, you'll need a car to get around.

Two individuals who connected over our shared love for travel, explored many countries and villages together, and have now decided to live our dream of being hosts for those who want to explore this wonderful world. We started our Airbnb journey as guests in 2013. Our travels took us to so many different places and we made some lifelong friends. Now, in addition to being guests, we have put on host hats! As guests, we respect your home, are fairly independent (although we love to meet people), and we love the outdoors. As hosts, we pay attention to details and want to ensure your stay at our home feels comfortable and relaxing. We are avid hikers and have walked through all kinds of terrains. Chetan completed the Pacific Crest Trail in 2019. I am a nature devotee and find inspiration in everyday sights. Our five-year-old mutt, Dost (meaning friend in Hindi) loves to chase squirrels, eat treats, and sleep! We have lived in four US states, Australia, and many states in India. We have received infinite hospitality -- from the most luxurious to the most gracious -- from many people around the world and now we open our home to you. Welcome!
