I am a long-time Airbnb host so I know what guest expect. This condo smelled VERY strongly of mildew/mold when we opened the front door. It was most concentrated in the first two bedrooms with mold on the ceiling near the register vents. Cameron had a HVAC person come to the condo very quickly. However, they only sprayed a deodorizing solvent into the ductwork. That helped a little, but it did not in any way remove the strong odor for the entire trip-it literally reeks. We tried running the a/c and/or opening windows to vent and nothing worked. The dresser drawers and closet smelled so badly I had to leave my clothes packed in my zipped suitcase for 5 days. We asked to be moved, but were told no. Master TV didn't work, lock on door didn't always work, floors were filthy, etc. Picture shows the "resort" but doesn't accurately show the view from condo. It's at the end next to the main road so very LOUD and busy all night long. The parking garage is right outside two bedrooms and noisy.

Loved staying at this property! A few hundred yards from the beach, and a pool on site. Great location, you're right in the middle of everything. Pictures matched the placed and it was exactly what we were looking for!

Wonderful place and would stay again. Clean and comfortable, the place looked great. Pool was fabulous and it was so close to the beach. On-site restaurant was good too!
