We really enjoyed our stay at Ave Paraiso! The view from the home is absolutely spectacular….surreal! The location for us was perfect. It was the perfect distance from LIR while visiting both Playa Conchal on the first 2/3 of our trip and La Fortuna the last 1/3 of our trip. We ate dinner at Moya’s in both nights and enjoyed to food and live music the second evening. Pura Vida! Thank you for a great experience!

The gorgeous view of the lake worth the price. Make sure you spend sunset time at house. The view in the sunset is unforgettable. About 40 minutes from La Fortuna, not bad. The stove, hot water and dryer relies on gas which comes from a propane tank. The tank is a little small. You may need to replace if you are staying more than 2 days or have a big group. Justin and his colleagues are responsive. They come to replace propane tank in a timely manner. Thank you!

We had a terrific time staying at this beautiful Airbnb. It exceeded expectations - the views were breathtaking, the house absolutely stunning, and everything was pristine and clean. Our hosts were warm, proactive in making this trip as easy as possible, and helpful when we had a travel plan change. Would strongly recommend this place as a location to anyone visiting Arenal lake in the future. We would stay there again.
