The Dogwood is a fully renovated, charming motel situated on two beautiful creeks. Sage is one of our luxury queen rooms featuring two, cozy queen beds, a sitting area and a full bathroom. You can also enjoy sitting outside on the balcony. Our community lounge is available to all our guests and has a large, gourmet kitchen, 85 inch TV, lots of comfortable seating and serene creek views. This motel is unlike any other in the area. It is truly unique. The Dogwood offers stylish, upscale, but homey rooms and beautiful shared spaces for our guests. The huge, open lounge offers a full kitchen and 85 inch TV with lots of seating indoors and out by the creek.

Beautiful, recently renovated motel. Exactly as described. We were in town for a car show, Zach and Betsy was extremely helpful!! We can’t wait until our next stay with them!
Unique experience:)
We hit up Cataloochee for some skiing for the second time and stayed at Dogwood Motel this time. Seriously, this place rocks. It's right where you want to be for the best ski access, super clean, and just feels like the Owners Zack and Betsy are taking good care of it. Next time we plan a ski trip at Cataloochee, we’re picking Dogwood over anywhere else. It’s just easy and chill, exactly what you need for a ski getaway.

Very nice and neat place, the beds were a tad firm but other than that it was a very pleasant stay!

Just minutes from hiking, bike riding, snow skiing, delicious food and quaint shops, this house is the perfect place to relax after adventuring.
Getting around is very easy considering the motel's convenient location. Many shops and restaurants are walkable, and there is hiking, fishing and skiing just minutes away!

Hi! We are Betsy and Zach and are partners in business as well as partners in life. We are super passionate about what we do, which is create beautiful spaces that are also comfy and functional. Betsy was a dental hygienist for 17 years and Zach a hedge fund partner for many many years, but we got the bug do do real estate and have been having a blast ever since! We look forward to hosting you!
