Enjoy wonderful views down towards Robin Hood's Bay and all along the coast. Downstairs you'll find an entrance hall leading to a large open-plan living / dining area. With warm solid oak flooring underfoot, soft rugs and a wood burner to keep you toasty, cosy evenings in are guaranteed. For your entertainment there's an LCD TV with YouView and DVD Player, and Wi-Fi is provided too. There's also a selection of games and books for those who prefer to be offline for a while! The pretty dining table seats up to 6 people comfortably and is the perfect spot for lively family breakfasts or intimate candlelit dinners over a bottle of wine. The stylish kitchen is next door where you'll find granite worktops and contemporary kitchen units housing a range of top quality appliances including a larder fridge, double oven and dishwasher. There's also a microwave and Nespresso coffee maker to get you going in the morning. Lovely views from the kitchen lead the eye out across the garden and down to the coast. There's even a little breakfast bar and stools by the window just perfect for settling down with your morning coffee. Making your way back through the living room to the hallway, you'll find one bunk bedroom and the family shower room on ground level. The sweet bedroom is perfect for children with its full size bunk beds and cosy feel. The shower room includes a large walk-in shower and WC, handy for if you're coming in from a bracing walk along the beach. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs, both boasting stunning views and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is at the end of the landing, a bright contemporary room filled with light from the large floor to ceiling window with a king-size bed to jump into. The en-suite in this room features a stunning free-standing bath for those long hot holiday soaks and a WC. The second bedroom has a similar elegant style with a vintage chic double bed and gorgeous views. The en-suite in this room has a walk-in shower as well as a WC. With so much to love about the interiors of this luxury Yorkshire coastal cottage it's a thrill to find the garden so delightful too. Spacious and private with no-one to overlook you, there's a patio area to dine alfresco in the summer months (furniture provided) and a lawned area to lounge about on in those balmy seaside afternoons. Any other vehicles must please park in the public car park, which is less than half a mile away. A further bonus to this property is also the indoor bicycle storage within the laundry room!
