Pros - location, parking, plenty of hot water, size of beds, en-suites, outdoor seating. Great cooker Cons- Kitchen- missing the following: any serving dishes, measuring jug, place mats, coasters, teapot, milk jug, sugar bowl, enough matching cutlery of a decent quality Paintwork - great colours but badly stained, particularly in kitchen and a lot of peeling on the top floor Ingrained dirt in showers, radiators, skirting Blinds in sitting room- pulley doesn’t work so cannot open Low backed sofas in sitting room not great for older people’s comfort Downstairs bedroom - beautiful room but no TV Hot tub - alarm sounding on our arrival and agents told us we had blocked the filter. This put us off using it as it now appeared the cleaners hadn’t emptied and cleaned the tub and filters pre our arrival. Overall it’s a beautiful property but under equipped in the kitchen, poorly maintained throughout and not deeply cleaned

Great place for a family group. Lovely area. Loved the decor in the bedrooms and big spaces to congregate.

Great house for large parties with a perfect location for visiting robin hoods bay . Tip for anyone booking - the house is for 14 people but there was only 11 of us so they closed a room not being occupied. You may as well book for the 14 people . One of the rooms was bunk beds which was not entirely suitable for adults

Fantastic property at an amazing price. The house is deceiving in its size as it’s much bigger than expected or looks from the street. Great location - 5 minutes from the beach but far enough away for easy access with the car. Very clean and tidy, would certainly stay here again
