A great experience. Stays called the day before to check we had all the information and arranged an early check-in. On arrival, on a cold and dark January day, the lights and heating were already on for us. The cottage is really nicely furnished and had everything we needed. It’s on the ‘campus’ of Raithwaite’s hotel so has nice grounds to walk around. It feels very private and secluded but near enough to the hotel not to feel eerily alone. A 1km walk down to the beach. Highly recommend, we’ll be back.

Fantastic cottage. Immaculately clean and beautifully presented - so many little touches that make it a really comfortable and lovely place to stay. Best welcome pack we’ve ever had. Great location for Whitby. Think it’s ruined us for staying anywhere else to be honest!
