I can honestly say this is the nicest place we have stayed. Caroline has absolutely thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. On arrival there was a fantastic welcome pack, including homemade cake and biscuits, which were delicious. The kitchen was better equipped than mine at home! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Lovely outdoor space to use and a fab hot tub with an amazing view! The icing on the cake was the games room where we spent many happy hours. The location is stunning and quiet with easy access to the Cleveland way so lovely for walking. We all absolutely loved our stay. Thank you. X

The cottage was lovely. Caroline the host met us and showed us around and was on hand for any issues, not that we had any. It was immaculate and very well equipped. over and above our expectations. perfect for our weekend girly celebrations for our friends 50th. Huge welcome pack and lovely home made cake and biscuits. great location for walking the Cleveland way. A 1 mile walk to Staithes or right on a bus route for other places - Whitby/Saltburn. we would definitely come back. Tower fans also provided. Fire pits n blankets and hot tub was immaculate. This house exceeded all expectations. It looked beautiful from the listing, but it was so much more than that. We spent 4 nights there for a family birthday. From the minute we arrived we were blown away - being met by Caroline when we arrived, the beautiful welcome baskets, and the house itself in the location it is in. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Caroline had really thought of everything. Whatever we needed, it was there without needing to ask. We’ve never been to an air b n b where we’ve had everything we needed and more. The peaceful location and the hot tub topped it off perfectly. If you have the opportunity to book a stay at Caroline’s place, then definitely do it! We’ll definitely be going back!
