the house is excellent, quiet and perfectly located on the Cleveland way. Has a lot of extra touches like children's games and a wonderful play area. Host communicated well.

Such a beautiful property! Deceptively large house - so much space inside to fit a large extended family comfortably. All en suite bedrooms and each comfortably and tastefully furnished. Twin bedroom upstairs is packed with children’s toys which was an absolute bonus for the 4 and 1 year old we had with us, as well as the beautiful garden with play equipment. Kitchen is large and extremely well-equipped - Susan has thought of everything! Runswick Bay itself doesn’t have loads to do, particularly if the weather isn’t good, but the beach is beautiful. Susan was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend and hope we will be back.

Our family group was made up of 8 adults, a 4 year old, 18 month old, a one year old and a small dog. We chose the property based on size of the accommodation and garden and it's location. We couldn't have chosen better. The property was more roomy and comfortable than we had expected based on the AirBnB photos and incredibly well presented and equipped both in the kitchen and elsewhere, with a wide range of equipment, games and DVDs for all ages. The garden was exceptional and given the poor weather for most of the week, was a godsend. In addition, there were plenty of attractions, activities and facilities to entertain us all in the locality, including a lovely bay so close by. Susan was particularly helpful and responsive - we couldn't have asked for more. The whole week was a great success and I would recommend Wavecrest wholeheartedly for all age groups. Huge thanks for such a successful holiday for our little group.

Had a lovely few days at this lovely property. House well equipped, garden fantastic for outdoors entertaining, kids loved it the play area and games provided.
