Stayed 5 nights with our dog. Well equipped and very clean on arrival. Quiet village (no pub etc) but lots to do in the local area. Llangollen a close drive, we also visited Chester and had lots of lovely walks at country parks nearby.

Highly recommended, a great location for holidaying, everything required included, peaceful location yet easily accessible to local attractions. Very attentive host, a truly lovely place to stay. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending. Even the weather was brilliant.

We had a superb week, walking the last 40 miles of Offa’s Dyke, using Bellringers Cottage as a base. Everything about the cottage is perfect and we could not have asked for more, including Carol who is so helpful and friendly. Highlights about our stay at Bellringers were the birds in the garden (including woodpeckers), the beautiful view across to the church, the comfy beds, walks right from the cottage, stunning scenery, peace and quiet, the community shop and cafe just two doors away and Carol’s thoughtful additions for us and our dog. We loved it all!

We stayed in Carol's cottage for 3 nights : 28 Apr - 1 May. When we arrived the cottage was perfectly ready for us (2 adults, 2 children + puppy Labrador :-) ) and we had nice welcome hamper with local food. We spent wonderful time, felt like at home, nice and cosy. We had local sightseen trips and with big pleasuse came back. In the evenings we had nice time around fireplace- sooooooo nice! I would recommend this cottage to everyone, with no doubts! Thanks, Carol! Wish to stay in your cottage again)))

A very comfortable & well resourced cottage in a friendly & pretty village setting. Good access to North Wales which offered lots of activities. The host Carol was friendly, very helpful & responsive. Highly recommend.
