Your going to love this charming little condo in the heart of Rockport in the desirable community of Key Allegro. The condo is waterfront and fishing can be done right off the dock. Great for families or friends looking to get away for a little R&R. The master bedroom has a king bed and is very spacious with en-suite bathroom. Gorgeous views of the canal from master. The master bedroom is upstairs. Second upstair’s bedroom has a set of bunk beds with 2 full mattresses. This bedroom also has attached en-suite bathroom with tub. Third bedroom is downstairs right off the kitchen and offers a queen size bed, full closet and en-suite bathroom with stand in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs although I must say you will enjoy being outside so much you will not want to turn them on! Kitchen is fully stocked with any and everything one might need to prepare a fabulous meal. Also includes a blender, toaster, and instant pot. Plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. There is also a grill outside available for use, propane is required so be sure to check and see that there is plenty available in tank. Paddle board is outside on patio and can be used in the canal. Pool is right across the canal from condo so it’s a great way to get over there! House manual has all information on pool keys, access to the tennis courts, and recommendations for restaurants.
