The upper level is the main living area,dining room with sliding doors to the deck, large kitchen, 1 en-suite (King) and 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 2 fulls) with a full bath located in the hall. The lower level offers a large living/sleeping space with a full size bed / twin trundle and sliding doors leading to the lower level patio, 2 more bedrooms are located down the hall with ( 1 twin & 1 full) the bedroom with the full bed has a closet with the washer/dryer and 1 full bath Cleanliness is our top priority. We take pride in maintaining our Airbnb and ensuring everything is in tip top shape before your arrival. 6 vehicles permitted! Restaurant Recommendations- C3, Janko's, Malibu Grill, Farm, Social cantina and Uptown Cafe. Pizza Delivery- Pizza X, Aver's Pizza and Baldy's Sycamore Knolls neighborhood!

The home was clean, lovely and our 14 guests were able to sleep in the 6 bedrooms. However, four guests left a day early because their beds were too firm and they did not get a good night’s sleep on the first night. The living and dining rooms are very small (living room only has seating for 4 and dining table only seats 6. 4 metal barstools at the counter were not comfortable for dining, so did not get much use. Whitney did provide a card table and chairs for additional seating, but it still did not accommodate all of the guests in our party to dine together for our family meals (some had to eat outside, which was fine since the weather was nice). If you have a large group that plans to be away from the space a lot, it will probably be great for mainly overnight use. But if your large group plans to spend most of their time together at the location, plan to bring extra seating. We did have a great time, even if the home’s seating capacity was no where near the sleeping capacity.
The reason for our stay was to be together as a family due to attending my mother’s funeral in Spencer Most of us came from South Carolina & my husband & I from NW Indiana To be able to be together as a family was much needed & Whitney’s home provided the comfort we needed Plenty of space Yet we could all be together Lovely neighborhood At 1st getting there you think one would get lost but that isn’t the case at all Landmarks & 3 turns & you are back near the mall area Krogers & a nice one at that is just a few mins away
What an amazing IU graduation weekend for my family! The house was absolutely perfect for our large group. It is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and is very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks Whitney for being such a great host!

Perfect place for large groups. Plenty of beds and linens, large spaces for everyone to spread out. Highly recommended.

located in a timeless neighborhood on the Eastside of Bloomington close to IU. It's a short 15 minute drive to all Bloomington has to offer.
Free Parking- 3-4 vehicles can fit in the driveway and 2 vehicles can park in front of the house along the street. Please do not block any of the neighbors driveways! :) Thank you!!
